Abstract: The paper contextualizes the concept
of phantasm in Lacan’s teaching, considering the
constitution of the subject, object relations and the
notion of “jouissance”, while seeking to interrogate
and construct, from a clinic fragment, the function
of the phantasm in analytic treatment.
